How we estimate costs…

Typically, an estimate from us will consist of a flat labor rate. You will know exactly what you’ll pay for labor regardless of how long the project takes. This enables us to focus on quality so we can do the job right every time.

For anything beyond the smallest and simplest jobs, we offer our customers a formal printed estimate with a breakdown of all material and labor costs. For larger projects, we can provide signed contracts with specified terms and completion dates.
